Job Description:

Employer will conduct Drug Testing/Screening, Reference Check and Background Check .

Job Requirements:
Must have a High School Diploma and no experience necessary
Requires excellent guest service skills, job involves a lot of public contact
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with guests and team members

Job Responsibilities:
Greet guests. Take guests' food orders & handle cash and credit transactions. Knowledge of the brand & menu items. Check food quality & temperatures to ensure food is fresh & safe to serve. Monitors Speed of Service to ensure delivery of guest expectations. Ensures the restaurant is welcoming and clean. Prepares food for the guest service recovery with guests. Creates a great experience by serving the guest well. Holds self-accountable to meet performance.

  • 14. operate food preparation equipment
  • 15. perform a variety of food preparation duties other than cooking
  • 16. place food on dishes or trays or in takeout bags
  • 17. prepare appetizers, salads, or cold dishes
  • 18. prepare beverages
  • 19. prepare bill or check in restaurant or related food establishment
  • 20. request customer order
  • 21. serve food or beverages
  • 22. understand government health, hotel or food service regulations
  • 23. use knowledge of food handling rules
  • 24. wash dishes, glassware, or related utensils
  • 25. clean rooms or work areas

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
