If, as a participant in CareerSource Heartland programs, you feel that your rights have been violated due to an act of discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, political affiliation, national origin, disability, age, marital status, citizenship, status as a WIOA, TAA, TANF/WT, or SNAP participant, you may file a complaint directly with any of the three (3) offices listed below:
