Job Description:

Located in Central Florida with an immediate opening for an experienced Body shop Manager.
Commission pay plan, plus a sign-on bonus, 5-day work week - Monday through Friday


Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators including CSI, profitability, cycle time, etc.
Coach and develop your staff, and address any situations as they arise to maintain a positive and cooperative work environment
Ensure company operating procedures are followed
Deliver Outstanding Customer Service through all phases of the process


Two years of related experience
Working knowledge of all aspects of repairs for damaged unibody & full frame vehicles. I-CAR or ASE Certifications are a bonus
ASE and/or ICAR certifications in collision repair preferred.
Valid drivers license
Due to nature of job, must speak, read and write English
Must follow written instructions
