PROGRAM FUNDING 26-27
CSH is a direct service provider for the following programs, which are fully
supported by the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Department of Health
and Human Services, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and/or the Florida
Department of Economic Opportunity, as part of awards totaling $3,206,426.

The WIOA Adult Program is supported by the U.S. Department of Labor
as part of awards totaling $665,336.
The WIOA Dislocated Worker Program is supported by the U.S.
Department of Labor as part of awards totaling $340,139.
The WIOA Youth Program is supported by the U.S. Department of Labor
as part of awards totaling $828,350.
The Welfare Transition Program is supported by the U.S Department of
Health and Human Services as part of awards totaling $471,789.
The Department of Children and Families Supplemental Nutrition
Assistance Program (SNAP) is supported by the U.S Department of
Agriculture as part of awards totaling $175,729.
The Wagner-Peyser Program is supported by the U.S. Department of
Labor as part of an award totaling $181,295.
The Local Veteran Employment Representative Program is supported by
the U.S. Department of Labor for Veteran’s employment and training as
part of an award totaling $20,745.
Other discretionary funding as supported by the U.S. Department of Labor
are part of awards totaling $577,043.

Anything I do say about the Career Source Heartland in Okeechobee will be very downplayed to the actual experience we encountered. Not only were they exceptional in helping us achieve our results for talented associates, but they were also well organized and on top of everything. Although I felt like I may be a burden they really went the extra mile to make me feel like part of their family and allowed me and my team to be ourselves and work closely together to make sure we were all very comfortable. Nothing I do or can say about them will ever amount to the wonderful experience I have had and will continue to have moving forward.
