Front Office Manager—JO#12549598

Oversee all aspects of a busy front office as well as working
collaboratively with management and other team members and guests.
Major areas of supervision include the Front Desk, Concierge, Valet,
and Transportation. Ensure the front desk displays the highest
levels of customer service and satisfaction. Monitor and control
daily revenues and expenses, ensure procedures are followed and
controls are in place to minimize losses and expenses and maximize

Provides support to the guest room attendants and maintains par
qualitie of textiles, amenities and cleaning supplies in designated
areas. Stocking central storage facility, work centers and guest
room attendants’ carts with appropriate quantities of supplies and
conducting inventories of such . Collecting, transporting and
performing inventories of dirty linens removed from guest rooms.
Maintain cleanliness in common/public areas of the hotel and assist
with cleaning in guest rooms as needed. Position located in
Okeechobee County.

Accountant—JO#12549585

Responsible for assisting the Finance Director in planning,
organizing, managing, and providing administrative direction and
oversight for all functions and activities of the Finance
Department, including the preparation, processing, and maintenance
of a wide variety of accounting records and reports, general and
fund accounting, budget, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and
purchasing activities; assists in coordinating assigned activities
with other City departments, and with intergovernmental and
regulatory agencies. Position located in Highlands County.

Permit Technician—JO#12549958

Perform technical, administrative, and customer service duties to
acceptance, processing, reviewing and approval of building permit
applications in accordance with the Florida Building Code and County
regulations. Requires the ability to comprehend and apply
operational policy and procedures. Greets, logs in, and directs
walk-in customers per office procedures. Evaluates permit
application packets for completeness, and processes applications and
plans for permits. Position located in DeSoto County.
