Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production and portion standards, per dupe
from servers. Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, making sure not to prepare overestimated
needs. Assist in setting up plans and actions to correct any food cost problems, control food waste, loss,
and usage per SOP. Operate and properly clean deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer,
slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, and flat top grill. Position located in Hardee County.
Drive Thru Attendant –JO#12442443
Meet customers and assist them with the selection of merchandise in the Drive Thru Line. Greet, interact
and assist customers with their Food and Beverage Choices. Display and organize products in a store for
the customer to locate easily. Help customers in billing and payment processes in the Drive Thru. Maintain
the outlook of the store through dusting, cleaning and restocking coolers and merchandise on the shelves.

Building & Zoning Technician –JO#12442362
Provide administrative support and assist the Building Zoning, and Business Licensing departments.
Answer inquiries and requests regarding Business Tax Receipts (BTR), Open Air Sales, Solicitor’s, and
Special Events Permits from the general public and business community. Explains and interprets City and
State Business Tax Receipt policies and procedures. Receives and verifies accuracy of all Business Tax
Receipt applications for new business, renewals, and transfers of ownership or address and
determines correct penalties, classifications and fees for the City. Position located in Highlands County.
