hand tools and power operated machine; seeds, hoes, cultivates and gives general care to lawns and
grounds; and removes dirt, rubbish, weeds, leaves, and other refuse from grounds. Assists in a variety of
unskilled tasks; and mixes concrete with shovel, using prescribed amounts of sand, cement, and water.
