Site Manager provides effective and efficient overall management at one of the Club’s sites in Highlands
Count. The Site Manager partners with all staff, community member, volunteers, and family members to
produce and sustain a safe, secure, and educationally motivating environment for all members. Plan,
organize, oversee, and supervise club programs at your Site, including small group, large group, individual,
and community-based activities across the core program areas. Position located in Highlands County.

Maintenance Technician I—JO#12535184

Perform maintenance and repairs across plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing,
electrical, and HVAC systems. Inspect facility equipment and systems regularly to identify maintenance
needs. Service and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, troubleshooting and
repairing issues as needed. Document maintenance activities, materials, and time spent in the work
order system. Position located in DeSoto County.

Assistant Caregiver—JO#12535837

Position is responsible for performing various duties related to animal husbandry and maintaining habitats
for great apes. Assist in the preparation of diets. Assist in cleaning and providing daily upkeep for
enclosures, habitats, and other areas. Assist in preparation of enrichment. Maintain a safe working
environment. Position located in Hardee County.

Heavy Equipment Operator—JO#12535617

Operate several types of power construction equipment including but not limited to motor-graders, milling,
machines, bulldozers, backhoes or track hoes, rollers, articulated dump truck drivers, front-end loaders, or
hydraulic excavators. Load and move dirt, rocks, equipment, or other materials using trucks,power cranes,
shovels, or other related equipment. Operate machines to spread, smooth, level mil, or steel-reinforce
stone, concrete, or asphalt on roadbeds or other job sites. Inspect, clean, maintain, and repair equipment
and conduct pre-shift inspections. Position located in Okeechobee County.
