procedures at all times. Safely operate a 14-passenger Club bus to transport members from local schools
to the Louis and Gloria Flanzer Club. Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting any
concerns or needed maintenance promptly. Maintain a clean, and orderly, environment inside the vehicle.
Ensure accurate attendance and tracking of members during transport. Position located in DeSoto County.

Grants Specialist is responsible for performing highly skilled bookkeeping, accounts maintenance, financial
records review and grant administrative support for the various programs administered by the Grants
Management Department. Develops and maintains internal fiscal tracking system of grant funded
programs. Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and provides guidance to office visitors. Process all
invoices for accounts payable; and maintain an accounts payable ledger of all accounts. Process cash
receipts, and maintains accounts receivable ledger of al activity. Position located in Hardee County.
