State and Federal Regulations. Performs advanced program design and systems development from the
initial planning phase through the operational phase. Responsible for managing the County’s enhanced
911 system and Geographic Information System (GIS) to ensure accurate and effective emergency call
routing and spatial data management. Position located in Okeechobee County.

The Part-Time Media Specialist supports the district by capturing high-quality photos and videos at events,
creating digital and print media, and assisting with overall communications. The role works closely with the
Public Relations Specialist to ensure consistent branding, organizing media content, and support messaging
across all channels. This position requires creativity, reliability, strong communication skills, and the
flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. Position located in Highlands County.
