Animal Caretaker—JO#12509846
The Animal Caretaker is responsible for providing all essential needs to small to mid-sized farm livestock,
including chickens, pigs, and goats. Animal varieties will expand as warranted. Responsibilities including,
but are not limited to, feeding, watering, constructing/maintaining shelters, and other essential aspects of
care, such as sustaining the animals’ habitat and educating facility residents about the animals. Must be
knowledgeable of residents’ abilities and be able to create job tasks that are purposeful and appropriate.
May occasionally be required to supervise residents. Position located in Hardee County.

Job is Water Meter Service. This is performed monthly on a set slightly flexible schedule. It is performed
in three (3) parts. Part One: Read water meters and transpose numbers onto meter reading from. Scan
meter reading form and email to office. Part Two: Transpose meter reading form onto Excel Spreadsheet.
Analyze usage for historic discrepancies. Part Three: Possibly follow up with tenant for explanation of
discrepancy. Input Excel Spreadsheet numbers into QuickBooks Invoices and process invoices. Position
located in Okeechobee County.
